How do I receive my script after purchasing?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Tebex with your download link and license key. The delivery is instant in most cases. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or reach out on Discord.
Do I need to create an account to purchase?
Yes, Tebex requires an account to process your order and manage your licenses. Creating one is free and only takes a minute.
Are the scripts protected?
Yes. All scripts are sold through Tebex ESCROW, meaning they are protected by the Tebex key system. The scripts will run normally on your licensed server, but the source code is encrypted.
Can I use a script on more than one server?
Each purchase covers a single server license. If you need to run the script on multiple servers, reach out to us on Discord and we can work something out.
What if the script does not work on my server?
Open a support ticket in our Discord and we will help you get it working. If the issue turns out to be on our end and cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund.
How do I get support?
All support is handled through our Discord server. Open a ticket in the support channel and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I transfer my license if I move to a different server?
Yes. You can manage your active licenses through your Tebex account. If you need help with a transfer, ask in our Discord support channel.
Do you offer updates after purchase?
Yes. All purchases include future updates for that script at no extra cost. When an update is released, you will be able to download it through your Tebex account.
